One smART Gallery has built a business around providing artists with well-marketed, well-attended venues to sell art. We ask that at least 25% of an artists' work for smART Gallery be "studio clearance" work with lead-in pricing to encourage new collectors. The remaining work should be current work at prices you choose. The mix of pricing helps attract both new and continuing collectors to the show.
Here are some reasons to consider art for "studio clearance" pricing:
• unframed art
• last season's work
• testing a new style
• exposure in a new market or for an emerging artist
• practice work, studies
• demo or studies sale (art teachers/students)
• moving sale
• studio clearance
• student work

One smART Gallery produces well-marketed art events that attract media attention and between 3,000 -5,000 shoppers over the course of the event.
